I know a lot of you folks are gamers as well... just curious what game(s) you've been playing these days. I've been playing Super Princess Peach, which is essentially a Mario platformer with a few new twists... she has 4 emotions you can change through at will and you use them to solve puzzles and advance through each level. Pretty fun actually, strangely addicting.

If you're into platformers check out Rogue Legacy on Steam. Besides that, its BF4 and GTA 5 like everyone else.

I've been playing the game.

GTA V, Pokémon Y and Earthbound on an emulator. Wish I had the cash to buy an actual copy but they are crazy expensive on eBay!

This childhood favorite, among other things. Me and my brother got our copies of Ages/Seasons right on release and have finished in pretty much every combination possible, but it's always good to replay. You know, I just realized how having a brother sometimes can be useful sometimes. He had Pokémon Blue, I played Red. He had Silver, I had Gold. He had Seasons, I had Ages. Even the Megaman Battle Network games we completed by linking both versions.

Also, this one and its sequels, minus Driver 3. I started playing GTA SA, but after it did a number on my save for no apparent reason, I lost the will to rebuild all the way to the Las Venturas Missions, so I just went back to the pure driving fun of Driver.

I have Driver 2 for the PS1 (came on two discs) and The most recent one, Driver San Francisco for the PS3. I also have the iPhone version. It's a pretty Jalop game.

Borderlands 2 still has me hooked after the loot hunt event they just finished. I realized I am 4 Achievements away from 100%, and while I don't usually bother with achievements, being that close makes me want to complete them.

It is, isn't it? I've been saying that, and that Drvier SF is an extremely underrated game since 2011. I mean, what other game lets you emulate famous chase scenes in one minute and stage dirt course battles between the Lancia Stratos and the Audi Quattro, both in rally trim?
It covers almost all of the major aspects of automotive culture, and I can't think of a much more jalop thing than that. Damn, now I feel like writing Reflections to tell them how much I love that game.
EDIT: Oh yeah, Driver 2 was awesome, but it was one difficult motherfucker...

my kind of game.

I'm stuck trying to catch the subway in driver 2. I don't play video games that much. I prefer to do these things in real life.

For some reason I never got into OoA/OoS. I much preferred Link's Awakening... that's probably my favorite handheld game ever.

Which game?

I had that one as well, got it for my tenth birthday, went all the way to the second dungeon instead of going to my own party, then promptly dropped the game pak in a cup of coke.
Worst birthday ever.

Never got to play any of the handheld Zelda titles, we wuz poor folk when I was a kid. Recently played Minish Cap on an emulator and was pleasantly surprised.
I need to find these others as LTTP is one of my all time favorites, between it an Chrono Trigger the SNES holds some of my best gaming memories.

I can't remember which one I played... it was either 1 or 2 for PS2 and it was fuckin' fun as hell. Been playing some GTA VC as well on my PC, modded the Sabre Turbo and turned it into an ultra fast killing machine that won't explode in 2 crashes!

Amen, some of my best childhood moments were had on a SNES as well, and the N64 that came after it. I still got a Gamecube, but after the Wii/PS3/Xbox360 Consoles just became way too expensive to justify the purchase.

GTA or Driver? Driver 1 and 2 came out on the PSX, while 3 and Parallel Lines came out on the PS2, but it's impossible to have fun with Driver 3, so I'll just assume it was Parallel Lines, haha (Another grossly underrated game, IMO).
I'd never played any GTA games before SA and it actually is a pretty great game. I just wish Rockstar focused more on the driving aspect, kinda like they did on GTA V, with performance customization and stuff. Driving in GTA is immensely fun, but sometimes it feels like you're just going from A to B to complete a mission, while in Driver, driving is the mission.

I meant DRiver for the first part, sorry about the confusion. The first few GTAs are real fun, but they drive really unrealistically.

I finally got Skyrim a few weeks ago after I finished Saint's Row 3. (I'm too cheap to buy new games.)

Oddly enolugh that never really bothered me, haha... I like a good sim as much as the next man, but watching a 1970's Muscle Car oppo into a narrow sidestreet in San Francisco's Chinatown with more bodyroll than there is grip on the rear tires, that just makes me feel all warm inside
Given the chance, I'd have been a stunt driver for sure.

SR3 was great but replay value was lacking...
however, still fun to fire it up and run around smacking people with dildos

Since I'm still stick on iOS I've been playing Asphalt 8 and Real Racing 3.

I finally got to try Mass Effect. They were fun. GT5 is my go to, if I'm not playing something with a story. Next on my list is Ni No Kuni, which I'm super excited for. The last JRPG I played, or even wanted to play was Dragon Quest VIII. I'm always going back to my NES or Genesis though.

I lost the motivation to finish Pokémon White 2 earlier this year, but recently picked it back up. I've cleared through most of the storyline at this point and decided to change up my team since it was getting thrashed by certain types that were becoming more prolific as the story progressed; to that end, I've swapped a Metagross and Starmie (both of which were a bitch to get) into my team and EV trained both of them so they could serve as aces up my sleeve.
As far as mobile games are concerned, I picked up CSR Racing for Android and am currently running a 2012 BOSS 302 in Tier 3. I picked up Real Racing 3 as well, but I'm not used to its controls; my current garage consists of a Silvia S15, a Ford Focus RS, and a 2014 Lexus IS350 from the recent promo event.

Yeah we still have a 64 with some war battered controllers for when we wanna play Golden Eye, Mario Kart, and Mario Party. But yeah after owning both a 360 and a PS3 and having them both die on me I'm sticking to PC only.
